This is a great opportunity for the right person who is keen on starting their career in hairdressing. The salon are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual that has a passion for hairdressing with a creative flair.
The successful candidate will train in all aspects of hairdressing, working alongside a qualified stylist with many years’ experience. The role will include, shampooing, client consultation, colouring, cutting and creative styling. Taking payments and booking in clients will also be part of the role, including general housekeeping and customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the salon and ensuring all work stations are stocked with the correct equipment. Meeting and greeting our clients with a smile and being approachable whilst offering hot and cold beverages. Shampooing and conditioning treatments on request. All basic duties in the salon will be the responsibility of the successful candidate. In addition further training will be given on consultation, reception, colouring and cutting.
