As a Techniocal Consultant apprentice you will typically:
Work in the office, compiling specifications
Learn how to do thermal and wind uplift calculations
Send out specifications to surveyors, architects and contractors
Learn how to use Computer Aided Design programmes
Advise contractors on all matters technical
Reporting to the Senior Technical Consultant
WORKING HOURS PER WEEK
37.5 hours a week
REQUIRED QUALITIES
Enthusiastic and willing to undertake varied work. Show a good grounding in basic construction technology. Flexibility and adpatability are also key skills.
