The goal of the Internal Sales Coordinator is to facilitate inbound sales in every possible way across the range of products for ServiceSport. The Sales Executive will assist the National Sales Manager (NSM) to drive the growth of the business with all inbound sales. As an Internal Sales Coordinator you must be enthusiastic and friendly to best aid and advise customers, to maintain the relationship and continued custom. You will contribute to meeting the sales targets set as prescribed. As an Internal Sales Coordinator you must have a good understanding and knowledge of all products / services you are selling. This expertise combined with excellent communication skills ensures the finest customer experience, which will lead to a greater volume of sales.

1. Monitor and action (within prescribed KPI) all emails received in Sales Support Inbox.
2. Produce and Provide quotes to customers as and when required.
3. Produce monthly reports and reviews for NSM or when requested.
4. Update and maintain CRM (simPRO) prevalent to Sales workflows.
5. Ensure the Sales page on SSNET is kept up to date with all relevant info/data.
6. Ensure all personal training courses as directed are kept up to date.
7. Establish and increase communications with all departments within the business.
8. Conform to the ServiceSport Code of Conduct and dress code.
9. Attend & participate in meetings as and when requested.
10. Comply with ServiceSport’s Quality Assurance Procedures & ensure all work undertaken complies with QMS requirements.

DUTIES

You are to ensure all enquiries, leads and quotes that are generated through our internal systems are actioned within the designated KPI and followed through the to sale before converting to job for the relevant after sales process.

Ensure all relevant info and notes are added onto the CRM system and updated as and when necessary.

All existing customers are contacted in a timely manner (with the use of CRM) to ensure they can renew their contracts with ServiceSport.

Encourage the upsell/upgrade of contracts and products on enquiries or renewals.

Pass all outbound leads onto the National Sales Manager as directed.

 

Outstanding Internal Sales Coordinators can find the right balance between being customer oriented and applying an approach that ensures the continuity of inbound sales remains and grows, all while being professional and displaying enthusiasm.
