Preston College are delighted to be able to offer a variety of new courses designed exclusively for adults, starting this September.
As we continue to live in an increasingly virtual world, we have responded to audience demand with a brand new Level 2 Video Production and Editing course. A highly practical programme, this short course will teach you the very basics of production and editing and is ideal for those with a personal interest in the subject as well as employees with basic digital responsibilities.
Following on from the success of our highly popular female only multiskills construction course in March 2021, we are also expanding our female only offer, delivering our very first female only Introduction to Vehicle Maintenance Level 1 course from our purpose built automotive workshop, house within the iSTEM Centre.
For those keen to begin their own business, our Business Start-Up Level 2 Certificate provides introductory knowledge on a range of key topics, to allow you to confidently progress to becoming your own boss, with programmes such as Bookkeeping for the Self-Employed providing complementing modules, designed to increase both knowledge and business efficiency.
If you do not currently hold a full Level 3 qualification (or higher) you may find that a range of our Level 3 programmes, in an array of areas from Accounting and Construction to Engineering and Health and Social Care are available to you free of charge, under the Lifetime Skills Guarantee.
