Preston College will, this month, hold its first on-campus Adult Open Event since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Adults considering studying with the college in 2022 are invited to attend on Wednesday 24th November 2021, 5:00pm-7:30pm, to speak to teaching staff, view the college’s industry inspired facilities, view adult classes in action and learn more about fees, funding and bursary options.
In addition to exploring the range of courses on offer in the new year, attendees will also be able to find out more about the Lifetime Skills Guarantee; a fund which allows the college to offer a range of Level 3 courses to adults aged 19+, living in the Lancashire region and not currently holding a Level 3 qualification (or higher), free of charge.
Speaking ahead of the event, Claire Woods, Assistant Head of Adult Recruitment said:
“We are delighted to be able to once again open our doors to adults within the community.
Open Events provide an ideal opportunity to really find out more about the courses on offer, explore the wider college and meet teaching and support teams in person.
The safety of our visitors and staff is, of course, paramount and we do therefore ask all attendees to wear a facemask, unless exempt.”

Those unable to attend the November event are advised to check the Preston College website, for future events taking place later in 2022.
