  • Ordering of stationery/company uniform
  • Running monthly statements for customers
  • Archiving of old files/documents etc
  • Filing for both companies
  • Receipt of post and franking of mail
  • Assisting service co-ordinator in chasing renewals of contracts
  • Chasing order numbers for invoicing purposes
  • Use of shredding machine
  • General office maintenance – keeping kitchen tidy – use of dishwasher
  • Assist yearly stock take
  • Batching of invoices to send to customers
  • Fleet administration – use of fleet database
  • Booking hotels for engineers
  • Receipting cheques
  • Company portal maintenance
  • Checking of timesheets against engineers reports



£13,500 to £14,000

9AM - 5PM

Required Qualifications

No formal qualifications are required.  Candidates will have to sit an assessment and complete Level 1 functional skills in English, Maths and IT (if applicable) as part of their course if they do not have GCSEs at Grade D or above
