Health and Wellbeing Week – Activities

The health and wellbeing of staff and students is a vital part of Preston College’s values and mission. During the week beginning Monday 28th February 2022, various events and activities will take place across the college in order to promote good health and wellbeing, both in terms of looking after yourself, but also caring for others.

As well as the bookable events, activities available throughout the week will be Football, Health MOTs and Staff-only exercise classes. The timetable for these activities is below – pre-booking is required. To book, contact Zoe Bidula on ext. 5556 or at zbidula@preston.ac.uk.
