The health and wellbeing of staff and students is a vital part of Preston College’s values and mission. During the week beginning Monday 28th February 2022, various events and activities will take place across the college in order to promote good health and wellbeing, both in terms of looking after yourself, but also caring for others.
The pre-organised events will take place on Wednesday 2nd March. The bookable events on offer are as follows:
Slots for the above events are limited and must be booked in advance (unless stated otherwise) to avoid disappointment.

There will also be a ‘Mini-Fair’ in reception at 11am-1pm on Wednesday 2nd March. This will be similar to our annual Freshers’ Fair, but with a focus on Health and Wellbeing. Pre-booking is not needed for the Mini Fair, and staff/students are encouraged to attend as they wish.
