Description

  1. Meeting and greeting clients
  2. Dealing with calls in an effective and professional matter
  3. Arranging appointments and updating online appointments system with availability
  4. Dealing with ongoing/incoming post as instructed
  5. Typing
  6. Copying/ scanning/ printing
  7. Shredding
  8. Maintain an accurate filing system
  9. Checking stationery to be ordered/ purchashing stationery
  10. Data input
  11. Recording of information
  12. Collating documents
  13. Out of office errands (to the post office and bank)
  14. Writing letters/emails
  15. Maintaining records
  16. Handling confidential information in a professional manner
  17. Able to make effective decisions
  18. Diarising tasks and deadlines appropriately
  19. Preparing file notes for any conversations had with clients and any third party
  20. Taking notes during client meetings

Wage

Hourly Rate: £4.50/hr Total Weekly Wage: £168.75

Required Skills

Required Qualifications

No formal qualifications are required.  Candidates will have to sit an assessment and complete Level 1 functional skills in English, Maths and IT (if applicable) as part of their course if they do not have GCSEs at Grade D or above.
