All of our tutors have worked in the industry so they know first-hand what’s expected of you and they can enrich your learning with real experiences. Plus, we have excellent student support services which can help you with finances, welfare, careers guidance and counselling. You can also get help with study skills such as essay and report writing, IT and Harvard Referencing. We’re here to make sure you get the most out of your time at college and achieve the qualification and skills you need to get ahead.
A real alternative to university
As a local college we are ideally placed for people who wish to stay close to home but who don’t want to limit their opportunities. You still gain the qualification, skills and knowledge you need in your career but without the same costs. Some universities charge £9,000 per year of study, by choosing to study at Preston’s College you can save up to £3,000 a year on tuition fees. Plus, we have designed our courses to be flexible meaning you can study alongside your work or family commitments. Some full-time courses are studied two days per week and many of our part-time courses are just two evenings per week.
