Essential Office Skills – Level 1
Thursday 11th May – Thursday 20th July, 9.30am – 3.30pm, classroom based
Essential Office Skills has been designed for those looking to develop their employability skills and boost their confidence to work within an office environment. On successful completion of the course you will leave with the necessary skills to advance your current career prospects, get back into employment in an administrative role, or follow a different career path completely.
ILM Certificate in Leadership & Team Skills – Level 2
Wednesday 17 May – Wednesday 19 July 2023, 6-9pm, classroom based
Learn the skills and develop your confidence to lead, inspire and motivate teams. Whether you are an current or aspiring team leader, mentor or manager you will find this qualification can support you in developing the key skills and attributes required of leaders and managers. There are six units covering understanding leadership, managing yourself, leading your team, coaching in the workplace, decision making, problem solving and innovation. Each of the six units requires an assignment for assessment.
