Nashwa Osman, a lady from Sudan and a mother of four children, was pleased to have the opportunity to join the ESOL program in Preston College. Nashwa has great passion for volunteering work and works with a number of charity organisations that serve immigrants and refugees in Preston, with assignments such as interpreting sessions and filling forms. Nashwa has long experience in community services. Nashwa worked as a teacher for more than fifteen years.

Nashwa joined the Board as student governor (FE) in October 2022 and is also a member of the Quality and Standards Committee.
